Return policy


In accordance with the applicable law, the client has a maximum period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the order to cancel the total or partial purchase returning some or all of the products received. After this period, no refunds will be accepted for withdrawal of purchase.
To be able to make a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product to be returned must be in perfect condition and keep its original packaging and labeling without being, in any case, damaged, broken or open. Likewise, the returned units must coincide with those that are detailed on the label.
- It is the customer's obligation to control the order as soon as it is received. In case you receive a box or a package in bad conditions, broken or open, you must notify Todoeko.com within 48 hours after receiving the order. After this period, it will be understood that the order has been delivered correctly and in good condition.
- The customer must include in the return a copy of the delivery note or invoice corresponding to his order where the product to be returned appears.


Todoeko.com is not responsible for the shipping costs of the products returned for exercising the right of withdrawal. In case the client wishes to return part or all of the order, he must assume the corresponding costs and expenses.
In the event that the customer receives a product that does not correspond to that indicated in the order, or receives a damaged product, Todoeko.com will assume the cost of return shipping. This will be applied as long as the customer can prove the error in the shipment or the bad condition of the product through images that will be sent to Todoeko.com by email to info@todoeko.com.
The payment of the amount corresponding to the refunds that have been made in accordance with the aforementioned, will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the client.
To manage a return, the customer must contact Todoeko.com by email to info@todoeko.com indicating that they wish to make a return, the reasons for the return, the order number and the product items to return.
In the event that the return is due to the withdrawal of the purchase, the customer's desire to make a product change or return by mistake of the customer at the time of generating the order through the website (within 7 days after upon receipt of the order), Todoeko.com will send the customer the address where to send the returns. Once received the return in our warehouse and checked the conditions of the returned product, Todoeko.com will inform the customer of the receipt of the material and ask the customer for a bank account to make the payment of the corresponding amount.
In the event that the return is due to the receipt of incorrect products, damaged or in bag condition, the customer must also send images showing the bad condition of the product within 48 hours after receive the order. In this case, Todoeko.com will ask the transport company for a collection to the same address as the original order (unless the client indicates another collection address on your return request) and will inform the client of the expected date of collection. Once received the return in our warehouse and checked that the condition of the material corresponds to the reason for the return, Todoeko.com will inform the customer of the receipt of the material and ask the customer for a bank account to make the payment of the corresponding amount.
